POLICY & TERMS
These policies and terms apply to all activities at GC Aqua Park.
Weather
We aim to have the park open 363 days a year (every day except Christmas Day & ANZAC Day). We will only restrict our activities or close the park if the weather makes it dangerous to operate, for example: in very high winds or electrical storms.
Smoking
GC Aqua Park has a designated smoking zone. Please ask staff for more details.
Alcohol
GC Aqua Park is not a licensed venue. We do not allow BYO Food & Drinks.
Dogs
GC Aqua Park allows dogs on our premises. However, all dogs must be leashed, and owners must pick up after them.
Clothing
Please make sure you dress appropriately for your activity and weather conditions on the day.
Aqua Park
- We supply lifejackets.
- We are located in a saltwater tidal environment which can change from 1 meter to 3 metres in depth – so the ability to swim is a must!
- We recommend that you also wear a rash vest for sun protection.
- As there is currently limited shade at the park, all participants and guests are encouraged to apply plenty of sunscreens, wear a hat and appropriate clothing for hot, sunny days.
Refunds
Aqua Park tickets are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale.
If we are unable to operate for any reason we will be happy to re-book reserved tickets for a later date.
