SEPTEMBER SCHOOL HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY 2026 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective date: 24 August 2026

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is GC Aqua Park Pty Ltd, ABN 77 628 175 879, Marine Parade, Southport QLD 4215, Australia.

2. ENTRY DATES

Entries open at 12:00 am AEST on 24 August 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 17 September 2026. Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is open to Queensland and New South Wales residents aged 18 years or older.

Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, cannot enter.

The Promoter may ask for reasonable proof of age, identity and residency before the draw. Entries that cannot be verified will not be included.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the entry period, visit gcaquapark.com.au/giveaway/, complete the official form with accurate details, accept these terms and submit the form.

Entry is free. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate, automated, false, incomplete or ineligible entries will not be included in the draw.

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. PRIZES

There are 200 individual prizes.

Each prize includes one 50-minute single-admission session at GC Aqua Park and one pair of GC Aqua Park aqua socks. The maximum retail value is $40 per prize and $8,000 in total.

Each prize is provided as a single-use online booking code. The code can be used once for an eligible 50-minute session on or before 13 October 2026.

Pre-booking is required. Sessions are subject to availability, park operating conditions, the participant waiver, safety requirements and GC Aqua Park’s general terms and conditions.

The prize does not include X Tower admission, food, drinks, transport, accommodation or any other costs. It is not exchangeable for cash, credit or another product and must not be resold.

A winner may use the code for themselves or another participant who meets GC Aqua Park’s participation requirements.

6. DRAW AND WINNER CONTACT

This is a game of chance. The Promoter will use a random electronic process to select 200 winners from the valid entries on 18 September 2026.

Each winner will receive their single-use booking code and redemption instructions by email using the address supplied on the entry form. Essential prize reminders may also be sent by email or SMS.

Winners will be announced on 18 September 2026. The exact announcement time and social channel will be confirmed on the Giveaway page and GC Aqua Park social media. Follow GC Aqua Park on social media for updates. Following is not required to enter or win.

Public winner announcements will use first name and surname initial only.

7. USING THE PRIZE

Winners are responsible for providing a correct email address, checking their inbox, spam and junk folders, and booking before the deadline.

All unused booking codes expire after 13 October 2026. Codes will not be extended or replaced unless required by law.

All participants must meet GC Aqua Park’s age, swimming ability, supervision, waiver, safety and behaviour requirements. GC Aqua Park may refuse participation if these requirements are not met.

If GC Aqua Park cancels a booked prize session because it cannot operate safely, the winner will be offered a reasonable alternative session or another remedy required by law.

8. PRIVACY AND MARKETING

The Promoter collects personal information to run the giveaway, check entries, select and contact winners, deliver prizes and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.

Information may be shared with service providers used to run the giveaway and with regulators where required by law. It will be handled in line with the GC Aqua Park Privacy Policy.

If an entrant separately agrees to marketing, they may unsubscribe at any time. Entrants may still receive messages needed to administer the giveaway.

9. GENERAL

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

If fraud, technical failure, tampering or another event outside the Promoter’s reasonable control affects the fair or safe operation of the giveaway, the Promoter may change, pause or cancel it as allowed by law. Any material update will be published on the Giveaway page.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Google or any other social platform used to promote it.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any rights that apply under New South Wales law.
