Important Safety Note
GC Aqua Park is an open-water inflatable activity in a tidal saltwater environment. Participants must be able to swim, wear a life jacket, and have the strength and confidence to move through the course safely.
For guests who are not suited to the main inflatable course, our team can talk through viewing options, companion support, accessible facilities and other ways to enjoy the park environment.
Proud to support the Hidden Disability SUNFLOWER program.
Our Improvement Priorities
We are continuing to improve accessibility and inclusion by:
- reviewing access pathways and guest arrival points
- improving pre-visit accessibility information on our website
- creating clearer video guidance for guests and carers
- continuing staff training around disability awareness and inclusive guest support
- gathering guest and carer feedback after visits
- reviewing opportunities to improve sensory-friendly and supported participation options
