A Safer Summer, Thanks to a Powerful Partnership
Summer on the Gold Coast is all about sunshine, splashes and making memories, and this season, GC Aqua Park has even more for families to enjoy.
From a new safety partnership to fresh obstacles and smoother group arrivals, we’re making every visit easier, safer and more fun.
Summer Safety Gets a Boost
GC Aqua Park has partnered with Royal Life Saving Queensland to independently review and strengthen safety operations across the park during the busy summer season.
The review looked at operational procedures, staff training, safety systems and risk management practices, helping support safe participation for families, schools and group bookings.
It’s part of our ongoing commitment to keeping safety front and centre, so families can focus on the fun.
Recognised by Industry Media
The safety partnership was also featured in Australian Leisure Management, highlighting GC Aqua Park as an operator taking a proactive approach to safety within the attractions industry.
For us, that means doing the work behind the scenes so every climb, slide and splash feels simple, supported and confidence-building for guests.
Featured in Experience Gold Coast
GC Aqua Park was also featured in Experience Gold Coast’s “Summer Holiday Fun for Families” blog, helping more locals and visitors discover one of the easiest family days out at Broadwater Parklands.
It’s a proud reminder that you don’t need long queues or a full-day theme park mission to make summer memories.
A Fresh New Café Experience The new Harley and Hudson Coffee Bar is now open, serving Campos Coffee for families and visitors enjoying a day by the water. Whether you’re watching the kids tackle the course or recharging after a splash session, it’s another reason to settle in and enjoy the Broadwater Parklands atmosphere.
